Privacy Policy

Account data: When you sign up, we collect your email address to create and manage your account.

Visitor analytics: Our tracking script collects anonymized pageview data from your website visitors, including page URL, referrer, approximate geographic location (country, city, latitude/longitude derived from IP), and a random session identifier. We do not collect IP addresses, fingerprints, or any personally identifiable information about your visitors.

Purchase data: When you connect a payment provider (Stripe, LemonSqueezy, Webflow, Shopify), we receive transaction details such as order amount, currency, product name, and buyer location to display on your dashboard.

StorePin uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party cookies. The tracking script installed on your website does not set any cookies on your visitors' browsers.

• To provide and operate the StorePin dashboard and real-time map
• To send you sign-in codes via email
• To process your subscription payments
• To display aggregated analytics about your website traffic and sales

Analytics events (pageviews, purchases) are stored in ClickHouse and automatically deleted after 1 year.

Account data (email, site configuration, subscription info) is stored in PostgreSQL and retained until you delete your account.

We use the following third-party services to operate StorePin:

• Resend — to deliver sign-in code emails
• Stripe — to process subscription payments
• Cloudflare — for CDN, DDoS protection, and bot detection (Turnstile CAPTCHA)
• Railway — infrastructure hosting

Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We will never monetize your data or your visitors' data.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data
