Terms of Service

By accessing or using StorePin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

StorePin provides a real-time analytics dashboard that displays live website visitor activity and e-commerce sales data on a world map. The Service connects to your Stripe account via webhooks to receive purchase events and displays anonymized geographic data about your site visitors.

StorePin is a read-only analytics tool. We do not process payments, store payment card data, or initiate any transactions on your behalf.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your sign-in codes confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not use StorePin for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

StorePin offers paid plans billed monthly. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

To track purchase events, you connect StorePin to your Stripe account by configuring a webhook in your Stripe Dashboard. By doing so, you authorize StorePin to receive purchase event data (order amounts, currency, product names, and buyer location) from Stripe.

StorePin does not store raw Stripe webhook payloads beyond what is needed to display analytics. Your Stripe secret keys and API credentials are never required and never requested.

The StorePin tracking script you install on your website collects anonymized visitor data (page URL, referrer, approximate location from IP address, random session ID). It does not collect personally identifiable information about your visitors and does not set advertising cookies.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the tracking script complies with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations) and for updating your own privacy policy to reflect this data collection.

You may not use StorePin to:

• Track websites you do not own or have authorization to monitor
• Circumvent security controls or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service
• Collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

Analytics data is retained for 1 year (Starter plan: 30 days, Growth plan: 90 days for the dashboard display). We may delete data beyond these windows at any time.

StorePin and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StorePin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StorePin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
